Bug Description

current build number: 198
device name: krillin
channel: ubuntu-touch/devel-proposed/krillin.en

ubuntu-push-client:
  Installed: 0.68+15.10.20150814.1-0ubuntu1

with an uptime of less than an hour, ubuntu-push-client uses nearly half of the memory of the system and uses 30% of the CPU.

%CPU %MEM TIME+ COMMAND
34.2 45.8 11:46.15 /usr/lib/ubuntu-push-client/ubuntu-push-client

The log is filed with
2015/09/16 15:32:43.726156 ERROR failed getting current state: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: The name org.freedesktop.NetworkManager was not provided by any .service files

It could be a side effect of bug 1496434 but then push-client shouldn't use so much cpu and memory.
