Notifications stopped working with r23

Bug Description

After update of bq Aquaris E4.5 to Ubuntu 15.04 (r23), notifications of system updates (applications) and - most importantly - new e-mails (Dekko) are no longer working, although SMS notifications are working properly. With r22 e-mail notifications (Gmail web-app) were working properly.

Note that there are no update notifications for apps

Would you mind uploading the following log files from your phone?

~/.cache/upstart/account-polld.log*
~/.cache/upstart/ubuntu-push-client.log*

These will help us debug your issue.

Hi, I have a Meizu ubuntu version since one month,installed Dekko but I cannot remember receiving a notification for new mail. Did the big update few weeks ago and still have to start Dekko, click the "magnifier" and check for new messages....for each account again.
