to reproduce in vivid,
call update-alternatives --config go, and select gccgo-5.
It looks like many of the libraries are not passed to the final link call (seen by calling go with -x). Is there anything which should "push" these arguments to the final link call?

as noted in LP: #1475533, gccgo doesn't yet support the % pkg-config directives. Just do it manually.
Other things for ubuntu-push:
- the testsuite seems to hang; didn't investigate why
- there seems to be a ubuntuoneauth-2.0 pkg-config directive missing
