wishlist: language metapackage

Bug Description

I'd really like to see some metapackages like language-pack-de-de, wich include
mozilla-firefox-locale-de, mozilla-thunderbird-locale-de,
openoffice.org-l10n-de, myspell-de-de, and so on.

This is something that we plan to address in a future release (see the list of
proposed feature goals for Hoary in the wiki). However, we are not currently
tracking this kind of development using bug reports in Bugzilla, so I am closing
this bug. Further discussion about such a feature will take place on
ubuntu-devel and during the Hoary kickoff meeting.
