ubuntu-minimal should not use dhcp3-client on server by default

Bug Description

Servers normally use fixed IP addresses to communicate with them. Therefore it is useless to install dhcp client in ubuntu server edition. Trying to deinstall dhcp3-client breaks the module ubuntu-minimal which is said to also support automatic updates. On the other hand with dhcp3-client installed the client tries to get an address at startup and slows down the startup procedure. With multiple virtual servers on a single machine this significantly slows down server startup of the server environment.

Suggestion: Remove dhcp3-client from the dependencies for ubuntu server edition.

System information:
ubuntu 10.04 LTS server edition x86 installed in virtualbox
ubuntu-minimal 1.197
