Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntu-base

restart ubuntu 6.06computer

can be fixed by manually going into system>pref>keyboard and changing keyboard layout.

after restart it doesn't work again and you can manually change it back to the previos layout

then it works fine until you restart the laptop

I also have this exact problem, except wiht the b and f keys. I'm using an HP pavilion dv4000.

Could you please provide an update for us on whether or not this is still a problem with edgy and feisty ?

No, this issue does not seem to affect me anymore. I am using edgy now.
