I stated Ubuntu Lucid Lynx Beta 1 (10.04) with polish language support (polish version of Try without installing), but gnome and gui apps are in English.
However, enviroment is polish (echo $LANG -> pl_PL.UTF-8), and some man pages (e.g. man man) are in polish.

After installaton everything seems to be OK.
However, when I installed Ubuntu directly from the welcome-boot-screen (screen where you choose whether you would Try Ubuntu, Install, Check disck for defect etc., I don't know what it is named) without internet connection, whole gnome was also in english, instead of polish.
