Most of the user will never use the linux-headers-* packages. However it will be installed on all the hosts.

I think that neither the ubuntu-desktop nor the linux-image-* packages should add the linux-headers-* package in the recommended dependencies.
We would save more than 80 MB for most of the users and speed-up the install/
