DKMS should be available on the ubuntu-server CD pool

Bug Description

If some hardware does not work OOTB on an ubuntu-server install, it generally will have to be enabled via a factory addon DKMS package. To be able to enable this functionality, DKMS needs to be installable from the ubuntu-server CD's pool.

This appears to be 'fix-released'.

dkms is already on the karmic server cd.
