Include driver for Minolta PagePro1300W

Bug Description

Although the ppd is listed the Minolta PagePro1300W will not work without
installing min12xxw-0.0.8 first. Mandriva have overcome this and now the latest
release of Suse has. Any chance that this will be solved soon?

The solution would seem to be to simply include this driver in the default install.

In addition, we should do a comprehensive survey of other packages which contain
individual printer drivers, and include those as well (or lobby for them to be
included in foomatic with most of the other drivers available)

I added them to the desktop seed and they should be installed by default.
