Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubuntu-desktop
Default install of Hardy Alpha 3.
Does not install restricted-manager by default. Is not included as a dependency of ubuntu-desktop.

It's called Jockey now; ubuntu-desktop Recommends: jockey-gtk. (This may not have been the case for a brief period around when you tried it.)
