Bug Description

The feature has been landed[1], but not shipped as default. ubuntu-keyboard-chinese-chewing (Ubuntu on-screen keyboard data files - Chinese Chewing) provide input method for Traditional Chinese users, mainly for Taiwan.

The package depends on other two packages - libchewing3 and libchewing3-data.
