Bug Description
Ubuntu-minimal has a hardcoded dependency on ntpdate which is entirely unnecessary because for basic minimal task of syncing time with ntp server systemd-timesyncd is more than enough. Replacing this dependency will allow to save some space on install media and make learning easier for new users because timesyncd follows exact same configuration convention as the rest of the stack which makes it natural to get aquainted with.

If just removing ntpdate from all the minimal-* files would do this, then the attached patch will.
