ubuntu-desktop should not depend on english language ressources

Bug Description

ubuntu-desktop depends on myspell-en-gb, myspell-en-us, openoffice.org-help-en,
openoffice.org-hyphenation-en-gb and openoffice.org-hyphenation-en-us.
Maybe remplace them with a dijunction of language-packs ?

Yes, I think these entries can be removed from the desktop seed if they have all
been added as dependencies of the English language packs

Yes, l-support-en already depends on them. I removed them from the Desktop seed.
