This error has been fixed in commit https:/ /bitbucket. org/ubuntu- mate/ubuntu- mate-welcome/ commits/ f0dec4387f20390 e74238c92865784 81b277f6b3
However, I cannot reproduce this on a fresh 17.04 daily image where the only time the button would appear is a live session.
