Bug Description
I'm experiencing exactly the same as described here: https:/
in ubuntu-mate 18.04 with 'Ambiant-MATE' theme.
Mate version 1.20.1
On maximized windows, the close button doesn't fill the corner, and it's a bit annoying.

This issue is resolved in Ubuntu MATE 19.10.
