Bug Description
I don't know if this is the right place to report this but the text and the background are both dark in the Tor browser. See attached picture.
Not all menus are affected either. In Firefox the text is white, which is the expected result. They're both using the Default 54.0 theme by Mozilla.
To reproduce
1. Install the TOR browser from the software boutique
2. Start the browser
3. Open menu -> Add-ons
4. Hover over any of the icons in the new extensions window.

I can't reproduce this in Ubuntu MATE 17.10.
