No listview background for unfocused selected items

Bug Description
When using the default Ambiant theme, unfocused selection in listviews has no background colour, and is thus invisible.
Affects 16.10 amd64, all Gtk3 applications with listviews, most notably Caja.
Steps to reproduce:
Open Caja, select a few files, open the extra pane, click into the new pane. When the initial pane loses focus, the selected items become transparent.

Thanks for the bug report and steps to reproduce. I confirm this issue exists in Ubuntu MATE 17.04 final beta using caja 1.18.0 and ubuntu-mate-artwork 17.04.7.
However, selecting another theme (such as TraditionalGreen) the issue is not present.
