Bug Description
[ Impact ]
The Unlock button in the Time and Date Settings is incorrectly styled, it has a white background.
[ Test Case ]
Using either Ambiant-MATE or Radiant-MATE themes open System -> Administration -> Time and Date. The Unlock button in Time and Date Settings will have a white background.
After installing the updated ubuntu-mate-artwork package the Unlock button in Time and Date Settings will correctly styled when using Ambiant-MATE and Radiant-MATE.
