Radiant-MATE theme gives errors at ~/.xsession-errors file

Bug Description

I am using Ubuntu-MATE 16.04 with mate xenial ppa. When I use the Radiant-MATE theme I get about 10 of these lines at ~/.xsession-errors file:

/usr/share/themes/Radiant-MATE/gtk-2.0/apps/mate-panel.rc:30: error: invalid string constant "scrollbar", expected valid string constant

Everything seem to work fine, but I thought I should report it anyway.

This was fixed in ubuntu-mate-artwork-16.04.7.

I get the same error in /var/log/syslog several times. Running Ubuntu-MATE 16.04.2
I have the ubuntu-mate-artwork-16.04.7 package. Not sure why this says fixed.

I edited /usr/share/themes/Radiant-MATE/gtk-2.0/apps/mate-panel.rc and changed line 30 to style "murrine-scrollbar" After that change, I no longer get that error.
