Bug Description

Currently the "pt" keyboard layout features pt_br domains and pt_br training text. This should probably be renamed to "pt_br" and a new Portuguese layout should be created.

Not on this bug specifically, but solving this sort of issue will become easier after the new layout plugin system is completed (which is what I'm working on currently)
