Bug Description
There needs to be a way for the autopilot emulators to check that a newly started maliit-server is ready to go.
(Bug #1248902 might be related to this.)
For instance in a test suite, when I restart the maliit-server we need to know when the maliit-server has done it's communication with the shell etc. and is ready to go.
