Bug Description
Your desktop background and lock screen background aren't at 4k or vector graphics, causing them to be rescaled to 4k monitors, making them blurry. This can be solved by switch to differing masters of each background depending on monitor resolution or the simplest/best/most permanent solution is to switch to vector graphics instead of raster graphics for both backgrounds.
