Bug Description
Hi, I have Lenovo Ideapad S540 with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 with Max-Q Design (GPU 0) and Ubuntu 20.04, when I choose the on-demand profile, everything is fine except bothering fps drop, when moving curser or opening a window and etc.
So with the last update which power saving is disabled, I have to downgrade to the previous version, because of high power usage with the performance profile.
I have this problem with ubuntu 18.04 and continues till now.
