non used drivers are not blacklisted

Bug Description

This system has only a nvidia video card (no gpu builtin)

gpu-manager.log shows that 'nouveau' is blacklisted as expected; but none of the others are blacklisted as they should, even if these drivers are not installed (fglrx, amdgpu, radeon).
