Shows broadcom 4322 as not working when connected on wifi from this chip

Bug Description
To reproduce on a laptop with a broadcom 4322 wireless chipset install firmware-
the network info output from inxi -n
Network: Card-1: Broadcom BCM4322 802.11a/b/g/n Wireless LAN Controller
driver: b43-pci-bridge
IF: wlan0 state: up mac: 00:25:56:94:d5:e0
Card-2: Realtek RTL8101/2/6E PCI Express Fast/Gigabit Ethernet controller

I expected ubuntu drivers common to not provide false negatives about wifi being broken. Instead it showed that my wireless was not working while I am using that to connect to launchpad to submit this bug report.
