Bug Description

NOTE:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tried to solve via Bug #1310489 but Alberto Milone informed me that this is a separated bug because the special configuration, so this is NOT a DUPLICATE!
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have a desktop with two nVidia cards and one integrated Intel driver.
My xorg.conf gets renamed to xorg.conf.yyyymmdd every single reboot and will be ignored by the system.
Tried on 14.04 LTS, then on a clear 14.10 but issue is the same.

I don't really need the integrated intel GPU, but I have to use, because the GT630 wasn't be able to start as display driver along the GTX980. I have had two options for the display section: integrated or GTX 980. I want to use GTX980 for computing only, so I had to use the integrated one. Then I faced this xorg.conf issue.
