Bug Description
I started and paused a number of app downloads (mistakenly hit the install all button trying to get a system update)
I gt the system update and rebooted the phone, then went back to get the app updates. The app updates ended up reporting >100% as if the initial abandoned download amount was added to the total.

Several apps reporting >100% also failed on a hash error, and the UI left them up with Retry greyed out
