Bug Description
When I install a new System Upgrade and the phone goes to idle mode, in some instances it gets stuck. (e.g. 15.04R29->r30)
When I unlock the phone, the system is still installing after hours.

I wonder if udm is getting stuck. It would be interesting to see the logs for si and udm.
Also, si exits after 10m (by default, this is configurable in the client.ini file). So after 10m or so, the process should be gone, but perhaps system-settings doesn't time out waiting for its signal.
