As there is no reason for deletion, I'd remove the tags. Whilst Intrepid and Dapper are old, I certainly would not remove documentation for it.

Are the information in these pages relevant now? I don't think many people use Dapper or Intrepid anymore since they're no longer supported.

I haven't checked them against those referenced at the current "index page for all encrypted disk and filesystem guides" https://help.ubuntu.com/community/EncryptedFilesystems, but at least the last one (https://help.ubuntu.com/community/EncryptedRootonDapperUsingLUKS) is referenced there under "Current ubuntu release, item 3".
So I suggest they need checking but the "candidate for deletion" status is definitely wrong and should be removed.
