Thank you for your report. I'm confused about why this bug is filed against ubuntu-docs. Are there directions you followed somewhere that incorrectly specify required packages or dependencies? Or is this a dependency problem with another ubuntu package?

this was related to multi arch and filled way before I even knew Precise was doing the multi arch change.
Ill have to restest and see if it still depends on it, and if apt-get is now capable of pulling the required package/lib or not.

According to the upstream bug report (http://code.google.com/p/android/issues/detail?id=22265), jbq announces that "The instructions for 12.04 were updated a while ago to include libncurses5:i386."
