Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs
is a good idea to add a paragraph named "post-installation operations" where we say:
1) you need to add a superuser in wikiconfig.py located in /usr/share/
2) you need to create fron here http://
3) go to ?install=setup in order to install system pages.
