Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

For pictures, the help.ubuntu.com website uses svg files, not png files. IE and mobile browsers are still not able to render SVG files so preferebaly they should be converted to .png for the web version.

To be more precise, according to https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/wiki/SVG

IE8 and below do not support SVG
The Android browser does not support it, but the iOS browser does, as well as Opera Mobile and Firefox Mobile.
