Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

On https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PackagingGuide/Basic, dh_make is listed as a required package, but the correct name should be dh-make. All references of package name, dh_make, should be replaced with dh-make, as dh_make it is not a valid package name. dh_make is the correct executable, though.

Modified 2 places in the wiki where the package name is meant and added a line "Note: dh_make is the executable and dh-make is the package it's found in."

I just searched the source of lp:ubuntu-packaging-guide and found that all occurrences of dh-make (the package) and dh_make (the tool) were spelled correctly.

Preliminary location of the guide: http://people.canonical.com/~dholbach/packaging-guide/html/
