Update serverguide to be compatible with Grub2

Please update the serverguide sections that work with Grub to be compatible with Grub2. This task was split from bug 437446.
The file "installation.xml" may be the only place that needs to be worked on, but please double check.

Vikram, please let us know by the end of the week if you plan on fixing this for Lucid - String Freeze is March 25 and we need the documentation in advance of that date so we can review it and get it committed and uploaded to Lucid. If we don't hear back from you, I will unassign you from the bug. Thanks for understanding.

Fix committed to Lucid dev branch, rev 483. I was only able to find mention of grub in the raid-degraded section in the serverguide. If anybody knows of other sections that need to be updated, please speak up ASAP so we can get the fix in before string freeze. Cheers.
