If you don’t have access to a system running Ubuntu, it is still possible to use <application>USB Startup Disk Creator</application> to create a Live USB. Boot from a Live CD and run <application>USB Startup Disk Creator</application> from the Live CD environment. Install Ubuntu into a virtual environment like VirtualBox.

The last sentence does not really fit in this context. Perhaps it should be something like:

You can boot from a Live CD and run <application>USB Startup Disk Creator</application> from the Live CD environment. Alternatively, you can install Ubuntu into a virtual environment like VirtualBox.

I think it's ok to get this in quickly as a string freeze exception - the usb-creator document is a new one and isn't translated into too many languages yet. This typo has been caught pretty early so I've gone ahead and committed the fix.
