Likewise Open 5 command line utilities are not the same as version 4

In the Ubuntu Server Guide page about Likewise Open (https://help.ubuntu.com/9.04/serverguide/C/likewise-open.html) it has a note saying that the command like utilities for version 5 are the same as version 4. This isn't entirely true. The command for joining the domain is the same but version 5 doesn't have the 'lwiinfo' utility (and maybe others). There are similar utilities to replace it, but it is not the same.

Thank you for filing this bug report. I think perhaps it is best to just remove the note altogether, as it is fair to expect some changes between versions. I'll attach a proposed patch with the note removed.
