Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs
Clicking on the question mark on the top panel opens the Help Centre. Typing in a search query (e.g., Evolution) brings up a list of possible topics. At the bottom is the option to "Repeat the search online at the Ubuntu Help Pages". Doing so results in an error 404: URL /help not found.
Specifically, my browser window shows:

The oddity here is that I am running 8.10. Another user (coffeecat) reports that the search argument is given as 8.04 for Ubuntu versions 8.04, 8.10 and 9.04, which he has running on separate partitions.
