Bug Description
recent updates have broken usplash, firefox default's home page & maybe other
things related to ubuntu's artwork.
I've just updated this package & firefox says it can't find default home page
in: /usr/share/
also, I've done a dpkg-reconfigure linux-image-$(uname -r) & have this error:
javier@A1691:~$ sudo dpkg-reconfigure linux-image-$(uname -r)
Password:
cpio: ./usr/lib/
directorioNot touching initrd symlinks since we are being reinstalled (2.6.12-9.18)
Not updating image symbolic links since we are being updated (2.6.12-9.18)
Searching for GRUB installation directory ... found: /boot/grub .
Testing for an existing GRUB menu.list file... found: /boot/grub/menu.lst .
Searching for splash image... none found, skipping...
Found kernel: /boot/vmlinuz-
Found kernel: /boot/memtest86
Updating /boot/grub/menu.lst ... done
Then, rebooting leads to usplash not showing at all.
Rasing severity.
