broken link to gthumb documentation

Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

In the musicvideophotos document, photos section, there is a link to gthumb's manual (ghelp:gthumb#gthumb-rotate-jpeg). However gthumb is not included by default in Ubuntu anymore so the link is broken. I can't find any documentation for gthumb on library.gnome.org either, so I think this should probably be removed.

Like you said gThumb is not installed by default, lets remove the reference to it.
