[Impact]
net-install-flash.page explains how you can conveniently make Flash work with conventionally installed web browsers. Nothing is said about Firefox or Chromium as snap.
Considering the plan to drop the .deb packages for Chromium, and only make that browser available via a snap, it has become more important that the docs explain how you make Flash work in that environment. With this SRU we add such a section to the disco docs, i.e. the latest stable release.
The new section will be poorly translated to start with, but making the information available in at least English carries greater weight.
[Test Case]
* Install ubuntu-docs 19.04.3 from disco-proposed.
* Open Help and navigate to "Networking, web & email" -> "Web
browsers" -> "Install the Flash plug-in".
* Find the section "Web browser provided as a snap package" at the
bottom of the page.
[Regression Potential]
Negligible. |

The translators were notified about this change:
https://lists.ubuntu.com/archives/ubuntu-translators/2019-June/007549.html
So the new strings have been translated into some languages. But while translations into some languages are missing, making the information available in at least English carries greater weight.
