Provide the server guide in textfiles

The server guide package installs html files. It should also provide text version of the guide.

I've been playing around with this. The attached is the best I've been able to manage so far - it is generated using "lynx -dump" on a single html file of the serverguide so is not exactly pretty. If this is helpful and suitable for inclusion in Ubuntu 8.10, let me know. Otherwise I'll see if it can be improved, but I'm not hopeful.

Thinking about this more, what is the precise rationale for providing a text version of the guide? A simple html browser is provided by default on every Ubuntu system, afaik, so it's pretty straightforward to view a much nicer version of the serverguide.

The problem if I recall correctly was there wasn't a text based browser
installed by default in the server seed. This has since changed, there was
quite the discussion on the ubutnu-server mailing list in regards to this.
I'm pretty sure this can be marked as closed
