Note: for whatever reasons, I am unable to add an attachment at the moment. I was trying to include a .png screenshot showing kangaroo on the subscriber list of a wiki page.

Yes, you seem to be on the subscriber list for wiki pages.
You can check for yourself by going to the info page and then selecting "Show General Pages Infos".
As far as I know, you are the only one that can add yourself (although I think the subscriber list does copy if one uses an existing page as a starting point for some new page).
Anyway, this is not an ubuntu-docs issue and I will be setting this bug report to invalid.
You will have to delete your name yourself or perhaps get Canonical to do it globally. I do not know if wiki admins have such powers, but will ask on IRC.

For my own account I checked the "notifications" page, similar to screenshots posted above (Previously, I did not know of this home page). In my case, pages I am subscribed to appear in the list. It is not clear to me what is wrong in your case (unless you just changed it and it hasn't had time to propagate yet), but I think you will have to file a ticket with Canonical (which I do not know how that is done) to get it fixed.

As far as I can tell (and I really only checked a few pages) you are subscribed to every wiki.ubuntu.com web page, but not any help.ubuntu.com/community pages.
Can you unsubscribe from the page itself?

Someone on IRC mentioned that you can subscribe to every page by entering a wild card (*) on the list in your home spot. I wonder if the database is somehow messed up. I'm not an expert, but I'd be tempted to try to subscribe to one page from that "home" spot, then later delete that entry and see if it propagates to the page itself. If that works, then try subscribing to every page, then later delete it to see if that fixes things up.

I did used * once and after month removed it years ago.
Now im trying it again- added *, saved, removed *, all is empty, saved. Still emails comming so it worked years ago to start subscribing to all but not to remove from all.

Now i found this https://wiki.ubuntu.com/HelpOnSubscribing
" .* All webpages on the current wiki (or wiki farm). Use with caution, as you may receive a lot of emails, depending on how busy your wiki is. "

"You can Unsubscribe from any of the above regex's by simply removing the line from the text box and saving. "
But unsuscription isnt working.

So i did now also adding .* and i was 2 times subscribed to all so then removed one and then another. Still one subpscrition is left on and not removed.

O.K., the database seems to messed up. You will need to get help via the method Svetlana mentioned.
As for the other people, we do not know if they wanted to subscribe to all pages or not.

Turns out all is correct with my wiki. BUT since i was registered before Ubuntu OpenId was made then some settings left in old account..
David you also want to unsubscribe? Send to as Svetlana Belkin said to email <email address hidden> and give follow-up here so next generations knows what to do with their granfathers accounts overloaded with Wiki.Ubuntu.com emails :)

I no longer see "kangarooo" on the subscription list for a few pages that I checked. So, and even though this isn't actually an ubuntu-docs issue, this one can be "fix released", correct?
