Bug Description
First, just to establish the scenario:
Located within help documentation, more specifically at "Enter special characters", more specifically the two paragraphs on "code points"...
At this location, the second paragraph says "To enter a character by its code point, hold down Ctrl and Shift, type u followed by the four-character code point, then release Ctrl and Shift. "
Here now is what's new, the specific issue:
In version 13.10 i have found it necessary to "hold down Ctrl and Shift, type u, THEN RELEASE SHIFT, followed by the four-character code point...( etc)"
The point i'm making is, those three uppercase words i added are (as of 13.10) a necessary part of the process described by that paragraph of help documentation.
Finally, on a separate note, i do appreciate very much that this Linux distribution exists, thanks to all of you·all's efforts.
I've used it only a few months but am totally sold, and already am strongly encouraging a close friend to switch to Ubuntu
