The instructions in the section "Get rid of the keyring" give the old (incorrect for 12.10) location of the keyring folder. It is no longer located under ~/.gnome2 but is instead under ~/.local/share.

I had forgotten about this, but I did a little digging in the Ubuntu
Desktop Guide and found the error again.

Get rid of the keyring <xref:user-forgottenpassword#delete-keyring>
help:ubuntu-help/user-forgottenpassword#delete-keyring

Is that the link you wanted?

The exact line of text is "3. Double click on the folder .gnome2". The
reset of the instructions look correct.
