Bug Description

Trying to change the size of the Launcher icons I am directed to use "the Launcer size slider" in the Appearance application. There is no such slider that I can find.
Please include information in the Help for those of us who are in my situation.

How go I change the appearance of my 12.04 desktop? I want to make my Launcher icons smaller (I have no slider in my Appearance app that is supposed to do the trick).
