Bug Description
I am using "APTCACHE=" in ~/.pbuilderrc (because I am using a systemwide apt-cacher-ng).
pbuilder-dist overrides this setting:
arguments = [
[...]
Using os.environ.
(Makes me wonder why the other os.environ.get calls are there?!)
I think pbuilder-dist should just not force this setting to be the default.
