Bug Description
Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools
Many of the sponsoring related / test-building tools sign the source package before building.
It would be handy when processing sponsoring / testing on a remote machine, if they had a command line option instructing the utility to wait for a "debsign -r" instead of attempting to sign.
