Bug Description

A test case (openmotif exists in Raring, but was replaced by motif in Saucy):

$ ubuntu-upload-permission -r raring openmotif
ubuntu-upload-permission: Error: The source package 'openmotif' does not exist in the Ubuntu primary archive in saucy, saucy-security, saucy-updates or saucy-proposed
