Bug Description

Occurs every time I try to force a sync of jffi. It appears to be due to an odd character in the latest changelog entry in Debian.

I am no longer able to reproduce this with jffi, as the package was synced, so I'm marking this specific bug as invalid.

I believe debian rmadison is down.
Using --no-lp option and URLs to dsc works.....
